This resource, developed by the University of Michigan Psychological Clinic, offers practical tools to help students build resilience before, during, and after their time abroad. Informed by years of clinical experience and real student journeys, it supports emotional well-being and empowers meaningful, confident global engagement.

Instructor Resources helps instructors guide students in building resilience for study abroad through stories, discussions, and activities addressing culture shock, loneliness, personal challenges, and group conflict.
