Resilience—the ability to adapt and recover from stress, change, or adversity—is essential for navigating international travel. This resource, developed by the University of Michigan Psychological Clinic, offers practical tools to help students build resilience before, during, and after their time abroad. Informed by years of clinical experience and real student journeys, it supports emotional well-being and empowers meaningful, confident global engagement.

Follow the steps below to fully complete the Resilient Traveler modules and acquire all the key knowledge provided.
