MEDICAL MALACOLOGY

Study of the non-marine mollusks of the countries of Southeast Asia, especially those molluscan species that are involved in the mediation of human trematode and nematode parasitic diseases, biology of the molluscan host species (morphology, distribution, ecology, snail-parasite interactions, pathology in snails and humans, and disease control), and the education of Southeast Asians regarding all of these aspects.
