Adapting and Operationalizing the Women-centred HIV Care Model for Trans Women living with HIV

Studies suggest that healthcare settings currently do not adequately address the multi-faceted needs of transgender women living with HIV. Through this grant, we aim to develop a Trans women-cantered HIV care model and make recommendations for an associated toolkit to assist organizations/providers with implementing such a model, in order to improve care for transgender women living with HIV.
