“I spent a lot of my free time in Rome exploring the city to find the hidden gems not on a travel site or brochure. My all time favorites were the decadent and overpowering churches littered throughout the ancient city. One particularly had a profound effect on me. It was in a small square near my apartment and as I was getting ready to take my photo the nuns started to sing in Latin. It was beautiful.”
